* Application fees are $ 60.00 per adult non-refundable.
* Requirements for rental -
* Employed for at least 6 months
* Income has to be 3 times the amount of rent you are applying for.
* No Evictions filed on you in the last 5 years.
* Some good current credit. We do not go by a credit score, but we do check your over all credit.
